EnduraCoach ("we", "us") is building a voice-based AI endurance coach. This policy explains what personal information we collect through enduracoach.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Waitlist signup: your email address, and the country you signed up from (derived from your IP address by our hosting provider; we do not store your IP address itself).
• Beta questionnaire: if you continue to the beta application, we ask for your name, how long you've been training, how often you train per week, what phone you use, whether you have a Garmin watch, and what race you're training for.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device information.

How we use it

• To manage the waitlist and beta program, including emailing you about your spot, beta invitations, and onboarding.
• To select beta cohorts and understand who is interested in the product.
• To improve the website and our plans for the product.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of service providers to run the site, acting on our instructions:

• Vercel — website hosting
• Supabase — database where waitlist and beta responses are stored
• Resend — sending our emails
• Google Analytics — site usage analytics

Legal basis

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your information on the basis of your consent (you choose to give us your email and questionnaire answers) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving a pre-launch waitlist.

Retention

We keep waitlist and beta information for as long as the beta program is active, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Email contact@enduracoach.ai and we'll take care of it. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use information you've already given us will be communicated by email.
