These terms apply to the EnduraCoach website at enduracoach.ai, our waitlist, and our beta program. By joining the waitlist or applying for the beta, you agree to them.

What EnduraCoach is (and isn't yet)

EnduraCoach is a voice-based AI endurance coach that is currently in development. The website exists to describe what we're building and to let interested athletes join a waitlist and apply for a free beta. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access to the beta or the eventual product, and we may change, delay, or discontinue any part of the product or program.

The beta program

• Beta access is free, offered to a limited number of applicants, and granted at our discretion.
• The beta is pre-release software: it will have rough edges, may change or break without notice, and may be ended at any time.
• As a beta tester we ask for honest feedback (roughly once a week, by email). We may use your feedback to improve the product without owing you compensation or attribution.

Not medical advice

EnduraCoach provides training guidance for recreational and competitive endurance sport. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a physician or qualified healthcare provider. Consult a doctor before starting or changing a training program, and stop training and seek medical attention if something feels wrong. You are responsible for your own health decisions.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information when you sign up, use the site lawfully, and don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or other people's information.

Intellectual property

The EnduraCoach name, site content, and product are ours. We grant you no rights in them other than to use the site and, if accepted, the beta as intended.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and the beta are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or beta, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which, for the waitlist and free beta, is nothing).

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top, and material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email.
