About EnduraCoach

We built the coach we wished we had.

EnduraCoach started with athletes who wanted more from their coaching, and decided to build it themselves.

How it started

Yaron studied philosophy at Yale and built a career in tech. Through it all, he trained: five Ironman 70.3s, a full Ironman, and plenty of marathons and half-marathons. He's won races and was ranked No. 1 nationally in Olympic-distance triathlon in 2024.

Along the way, he worked with three different coaches. But he never quite got the day-to-day attention he was looking for, and eventually ended up coaching himself. He wanted someone who knew his history, understood what he was working toward, and was there to talk things through when training, or life, didn't go to plan.

Isaac and Yaron were roommates in college. Isaac is a professional musician, entrepreneur, and lifelong runner. He knew what it meant to fit training around everything else. With a 3:08 marathon and a 1:24 half-marathon, he already had years of running behind him. Yet he knew he had untapped potential. Training with Alex helped him set personal bests at the age of 40.

What we believe

A plan is a document. A coach pays attention. The difference shows up on the days that don't go to plan: the bad night of sleep, the work trip, the run that felt harder than it should have. That's where a good coach earns their place, and it's the standard we're building Alex to meet, every day.

We also believe this kind of coaching shouldn't be a luxury. Everyone who trains seriously deserves someone in their corner.

Tell us what's not working

We train with Alex too. EnduraCoach began with something we wanted for ourselves, and it keeps getting better through the people who build it and the athletes who train with it.

If something doesn't feel right to you, we want to hear about it. Tell us at support@enduracoach.me.
